The details
MCRL quotes are all-inclusive, covering customs, duties, one bound proof and shipping to your final destination. Our team handles your shipping documents and keeps you updated on project status, and will work with you to backward schedule your project so you can meet your deadlines with confidence.
Included in every quote
- Sea shipping to port. Ocean freight is the most cost-effective way to ship hard goods internationally. Our high volume and long-standing relationships with freight forwarders help get your product delivered as quickly as possible.
- Ground transportation from port to door. We ask for your delivery address so we can include delivery from the port directly to your destination. Note when comparing quotes: many overseas printers quote delivery to the closest port only, leaving you to arrange and pay for delivery to your address.
Split shipments (extra fee)
Need your order delivered to more than one location, such as a third-party warehouse, an Amazon fulfillment center, or your publisher or distributor? We can arrange split shipments. Additional fees apply.
We ship to North America (United States, Canada, Mexico), the UK and Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
How long to receive your order
From approval of your physical bound proof, projects typically take 8 to 12 weeks to arrive at your final destination. Shipping is typically 5 to 8 weeks after production.

Common questions
How long does the whole project take, not just shipping?
Pre-press takes about one week if your files are print-ready, and the physical bound proof about two weeks. Production then takes about two weeks for saddle-stitched or perfect-sewn books and journals, about three for spiral, Wire-O and board books, and three to four for packaging. Allow 8 to 12 weeks from approval of the physical proof for production and delivery to your final destination.
What most often slows a project down?
Files that are not print-ready, or many changes to the physical bound proof. Delivery to a rural location may also take longer than our shipping estimates.
