How it works with Logistech
- Your order ships from our overseas facility to Logistech. During production we apply a custom label to your products or mailer boxes. When your order arrives, Logistech scans each product, updates your inventory in real time and stores it in their temperature-controlled warehouse.
- Your customer orders are picked and packed. Use their online shipping portal, or integrate your storefront with their fulfillment system. Either way, your inventory updates automatically.
- Your order is shipped by UPS or US Postal Service, and the tracking number is emailed to you and your customer.

Common questions
Can my books be delivered straight to a warehouse instead of my home?
Yes. We can arrange shipment to a third-party warehouse, an Amazon fulfillment center, your publisher or your distributor. Additional fees apply for more than one delivery location.
How will I know how many books I have left?
Inventory management is something to discuss with the third-party storage and fulfillment partner you choose.
