Understanding your quote
The short answerEvery MCRL quote is all-in: your physical bound proof, taxes, duties, logistics, project management and sea shipping to your delivery address. This is called DDP (delivered duty paid), so there are no surprise costs when your books arrive.

Understanding your offset printing quoteCommon questions
What does DDP (delivered duty paid) mean for me?
It means we handle international shipping, import duties, customs clearance and final delivery. What you are quoted is what you pay, so you will not have surprise fees.
How long is my quote valid, and what if tariffs change?
MCRL quotes are valid for 20 days. If shipping rates or tariffs change during that time, we cover the difference, not you.
How do I compare your quote with quotes from other printers?
Check that each quote includes the same things, such as one physical bound proof, shipping to your final destination, duties and taxes. MCRL quotes include everything. Many other overseas printers quote delivery to the closest port only, which means you have to arrange and pay for ground delivery to your final destination.
