Custom Snap-Ins

Snap-ins are laminated pages that snap in and out of a spiral or Wire-O bound planner or journal. They are a low-cost, practical addition, and they change what a planner is for - turning a book someone writes in into a system they use.

The video gives three concrete applications. The first is a one-pager: your coaching methodology, framework or daily reminders printed on a single laminated sheet that a client can snap out and post somewhere visible, on a fridge or a bulletin board, so the method stays in front of them between sessions. The second is a custom bookmark - a genuinely useful tool during workshops and virtual coaching calls for tracking where a client has got to.

The third is the most interesting: a snap-in dry-erase board with a marker. It is a smart way to make an undated planner work month after month, because clients can write in dates, to-dos and goals, wipe them off, and start again. That gives you a reusable, visible monthly snapshot without dating your product, which in turn means the same print run stays saleable for years rather than expiring in December. For coaching businesses and workshop programmes, snap-ins are one of the highest perceived-value additions relative to their cost.
