Wellness Planner & Drawer Box

MCRL produced this wellness planner and drawer box for Jaclyn at Creekside Press. It is a self-care toolbox rather than a diary - praised for its content and detailed design, and packaged so it works as a gift to yourself or to someone else.

The specification is worth reading closely if you’re planning a premium product. The trim is an oversized 9″ wide by 10″ high, which gives the interior layouts room to breathe but pushes shipping weight up, so it’s a decision to make early. The cover is a buttery-soft matte hardcover with foil-stamped accents - soft-touch lamination over board, which reads as expensive in the hand and photographs well, with gold foil providing the contrast against a matte ground. Interior pages are premium bright white stock.

The packaging is a custom drawer box: the planner slides out of a printed sleeve, and the box survives as a keepsake rather than being thrown away. That format costs more than a mailer but changes how the product is perceived, and for planners sold at a premium price point it’s frequently what closes the gap between a book and a gift.
