world wide search for a printing company, I chose

the quality of their work was stellar through the
entire process. At the beginning of the project
they were helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. In
the production phase they provided expert advice
and kept me informed on progress. After completion,
not only did they arrange shipping to my door, they
went through extra effort to ensure I had stock
to sell for a big event that was rapidly approaching.
They were just fantastic.
When choosing any vendor or supplier I evaluate

Having
our project done by MCRL was a great experience
in overseas printing. It being our first overseas
job was intimidating as we did not know what to
expect and had heard horror stories of projects
gone terribly awry. This was not the case with
MCRL. We discovered their website while researching
foreign printers, and were relieved upon learning
they have a Canadian office. Their local representative
was extremely accommodating, even travelling directly
to our office. Communication was always open and
transparent, and the proofing process was quick
and to our specifications ¨C which were quite
detailed as we stipulated the job had to be done
using eco-friendly processes and materials. Changes
were done expeditiously, and the final product
arrived to our door on schedule. We were extremely
pleased, both with the process and the beautifully
printed result.
We are now happy to have MCRL as our overseas
supplier, and look forward to more jobs in the
future.

I worked
with MCRL to print my first children's hard cover
picture book. Some specifications which I
needed rendered: had bold, bright, sharp illustrations,
a panorama pull-out and Japanese script. The
result was exactly what I envisioned. I initially
chose MCRL because the price was very competitive.
But, I discovered that the service from their Canadian
broker was outstanding as well. There were
many timely follow ups, clarifications, a lot of
useful advice. The samples were quick to come
and ended up being an exact indication of what I
would receive in bulk. I have had nothing,
but compliments on the quality of my book. I was
